Hawkers, houses and hidden tracks

Threading its way through the city is an abandoned train line, the Greenway. Kilometer after kilometer of vibrant vegetation with remnants of former industry. After a long walk, appetites were primed. In the Tiong Bahru market, hawkers abound with sumptuous dishes full of flavour. The neighborhood also houses some incredible hidden bookshops, where you can while away hours or just pet the resident felines. Just round the corner, old millionaires row, an incredible remnant of Chinese history in Singapore. The Baba House, bright and beautiful, is a wonderful opportunity to glance in to the past.
